It's nice to be in Mexico with such nice people. Every employee and guest is nice and tells you, buenos dias, tardes, noches.
This was our first time here. The room, and especially the bed was comfortable. The restaurants were great as were the grounds. I don't think we would return, because of two things. First the minute we arrived they started trying to sell us on additional services. They said we had $200 credit but it was a joke. They offered us a $380 couples massage that we could use $60 worth of coupons on. They also told us we could buy a bottle of wine at a discount with the coupons. It was the same wine I can have by the glass at no extra charge. After that they tried to get us to listen to a timeshare presentation and wanted us to join Hyatt program. I finally told them I did not appreciate being sold to and wanted to enjoy myself. The second thing is that depending on the way the wind blew it smelled like sewage. In addition we had a difficult time getting room service to bring water. It is a nice place overall, but dinner things could be improved upon.
Went for an all inclusive day pass with a group of friends. Breakfast buffet was amazing!! Lots of choice and omelette station was great, great choice of drinks, cocktails, lunch and snacks too. There are two pools family friendly and then adult pool which we went too and was super quiet. Would go back for a day pass again or even a long weekend.
Excellent location and ideal hotel to visit for couples and families. There are several restaurants to choose from as well as open bars. Room service is available twenty four hours and the personnel are professional and take care of the guests with kindness and respect
